Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dhani International Cargo and Courier! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

Dhani International Cargo and Courier provides international courier and logistics services from Thane, India to various countries worldwide. Our services include parcel delivery, document delivery, and package shipping.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed through our website, WhatsApp, or phone communication.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatching the parcel.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment method.

  • Once the parcel is dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

  • 18% GST is mandatory and compulsory on the rate. Rates are exclusive of GST (GST Extra).

  • Before booking, customers must check all notes, terms, and conditions.

3. Parcel Packaging

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging of parcels.

  • Dhani International Cargo and Courier is not liable for damages caused by poor packaging.

  • We offer packaging assistance at an additional cost if requested by the customer.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped:

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Drugs or illegal substances

  • Cash or valuable jewelry

  • Perishable goods without proper packaging

  • Restricted items as per the destination country's regulations

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Dhani International Cargo and Courier is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or customs clearance.

  • No complaints will be entertained for delays in customs clearance and any duty charges.

  • No deductions or refunds are allowed on late delivery due to flight delay, off-loads, or customs delay.

  • All transit times mentioned are working days.

6. Customs and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Dhani International Cargo and Courier will not be held responsible for parcels delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.

7. Tracking and Updates

  • Tracking information will be provided if available from our courier partners.

  • Customers can inquire about shipment status through WhatsApp or customer support.

8. Liability

  • Dhani International Cargo and Courier will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party courier partners.

  • In case of loss or damage, the maximum compensation will be limited to the declared parcel value or as per courier partner's policy.

  • Under no circumstances will PODs (Proof of Delivery) be a cause for non-payment.

9. Weight and Volume Calculation

  • Chargeable weight is rounded off to the next higher 500gms for shipments up to 5 Kg, and the next higher Kg for shipments above 5 Kg.

  • Packages will be charged based on volumetric weight (L * W * H in cms / 5000) or actual weight, whichever is higher.

10. Remote Area Charges

  • Remote Area Fee of Rs.40/- per kg with a minimum of Rs.1200/- will be charged extra for all Remote Area locations.

11. Special Shipments

  • Chemical, Pharma, Electronics, or Commercial clearance charges will be additional on a case-to-case basis.

  • Address correction charges will be applied as per the destination.

12. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints regarding our services must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Disputes will be resolved as per Indian laws under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

  • Dhani International Cargo and Courier reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Rates are subject to change if the principal courier partners change their tariff without prior notice.

  • Any other levies, taxes, or duties enforced by the government would be charged extra if applicable.
